Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Options
Option A — Exchange From Home
Our team can arrange the exchange from your home. A service fee of Rs. 290 may apply.
Option B — Exchange By Courier
You may send the product back through a courier service. The exchange itself is free, subject to the applicable policy conditions.
Return for Refund
Eligible products can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving the order.
Original delivery charges of Rs. 260 are non-refundable.
Important Conditions
- Product must be unused and unworn.
- Product must be returned in its original condition.
- Tags and original packaging should be intact.
- Sale and clearance items are eligible for exchange only.
- Products damaged or used by the customer may not be accepted.
